Dope Bakehouse

Introduction – All Credits go to ChatGPT

Dope Bakehouse in North Vancouver is part of the same coffee family as Nemesis, and it brings that signature quality to a cozy, modern bakery setting. The space is bright, minimalist, and effortlessly stylish — perfect for photos or a slow morning coffee. We tried the strawberry matcha, banana danish, and aged cheddar pastry: everything looked incredible, but the flavors were a bit underwhelming. The strawberry matcha was average, the banana danish was far too sweet, and the aged cheddar pastry with jalapeño didn’t quite hit the mark. Still, it’s a beautiful café with great vibes for hanging out and snapping pics.

@eatswithwendy Checked out Dope Bake House in North Van — and it’s definitely a looker! The space has a bold, modern design with high ceilings and sharp lines, making it one of the coolest cafes I’ve visited recently. However, the pastries didn’t quite live up to the hype. The banana danish was much sweeter than expected, and the aged cheddar pastry just didn’t hit the mark for me. Worth a visit if you love café architecture and stylish vibes, but for baked goods, there might be better options out there. 📍 Dope Bake House 650 Mountain Hwy, North Vancouver, BC V7J 2L5 #DopeBakeHouse #NorthVanEats #VancouverCafes #yvreats #yvrfoodies ♬ original sound – eatswithwendy

Strawberry Matcha

  • Somehow they mimic the strawberry of 100 other matcha places in Lower Mainland but tasted nothing like matcha.
