Their signature 6oz tenderloin comes sizzling on a cast iron skillet, so you can flip and finish it just how you like—definitely a fun “hands-on” moment. The Menu

It has light underneath, which was cool.

We didn’t know what to expect ordering $17 imported beer for the Orion, but it tastes just as similar as the Estrella Damm at $7. Good beers though.

Steak Tartare & Chips

  • This was not it.
  • The chips were crispy but the steak tartare were pre-made. We saw one of the chefs pulled it out of the fridge in the kitchen.
  • It was a shame because the flavors were there.

6 Oz Cast Iron Steak Tenderloin

  • They pre-sear and bring it out on a sizzling hot cast iron skillet and you will cook them to your liking.
  • It cooks fast, so make sure you pay attention.
  • It was quite tender even though it turned medium after we were done taking pictures.
  • Nothing special in terms of flavors. It was seasoned with salt only it seemed.
  • It comes with a pesto-like sauce, which we personally thought was not a good pairing with the steak.

Fries

Good and crispy fries.

Roasted Mushrooms

  • This was actually the best dish. Flavors were what you would expect and really well executed.
  • It was even better than Elisa’s version of sauteed mushrooms.

Grilled Prawns

It’s grilled prawns.

Lemon Custard Creme Brulee

  • Tasted good. The chef will come and caramelize it for you which was cool.
  • Since they used a hot round skillet to caramelize, and it took a few tries to fully cover the surface, the middle part was burnt and bitter.
  • Hopefully they realized the trade-off between flavors and presentation/performance.
